Our Whiskeys

Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from pure limestone-filtered water, sweet corn, rye, malted barley, and aged in new charred oak barrels in the rolling hills of Kentucky. We select the best barrels once they reach the peak of maturity and hand bottle in small batches at 93 proof. We do not filter our bourbon which allows all the depth, complexity, and character of the barrel to pass through to your glass. We believe that you will taste the difference of this uniquely smooth and balanced bourbon whiskey.

Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Our Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled, barreled, and aged in the beautiful hills of Tennessee. This whiskey stops short of becoming “Tennessee Whiskey” with the elimination of the charcoal filtration process (called the Lincoln County Process). We hand select the barrels and bottle in small batches at 97 proof. We do not filter our bourbon which allows all the depth, complexity, and character of the barrel to pass through to your glass. We believe you will appreciate the difference with this uniquely smooth and flavorful bourbon.

Rye Whiskey

Rye whiskey was once the dominant whiskey in America but prohibition nearly drove it to extinction. Recently, Americans are rediscovering rye whiskey and rye is once again becoming the drink of choice for the discerning drinker. To create the best rye whiskey available, we use only high rye content whiskey balanced with malted barley and aged until peak maturity in new charged oak barrels. We hand select the barrels and bottle in small batches at 93 proof. As with our bourbons, we do not filter this which allows all the depth, complexity, and character of the barrel to pass through to your glass. This recipe and aging process develops a whiskey of deep character with notes of pepper, fruits, and nuts.
